Director of Land Management

Allison Pestrikoff

Allison Pestrikoff serves as the Director of Land Management for OHNC in the Kodiak Office, where she supports the responsible stewardship of corporation lands, community development, and long-term opportunities for shareholders and future generations.

Raised in Old Harbor, Allison brings a strong connection to the land, culture, and people of her community. With a background in project management, community engagement, and cultural initiatives, she has helped lead programs focused on youth activities, subsistence resources, tourism development, and sustainable land use. She is also active in regional leadership and tribal advocacy efforts, working through collaborative partnerships that strengthen cultural preservation and economic growth.

Allison is an OHNC shareholder and a proud member of the Alutiiq/Sugpiaq community. She is dedicated to protecting the values, traditions, and lands that continue to sustain the people of Old Harbor.
