Dave Jarrett
Mr. Jarrett’s career with Old Harbor Native Corporation began in July 2004, when he was hired as the Director of Finance by Three Saints Bay, LLC (“TSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of OHNC. While at TSB, Mr. Jarrett provided governmental contract accounting services for TSB and its subsidiaries, Barling Bay, LLC, Rolling Bay, LLC and SAGE Systems Technologies, LLC, until his promotion to Chief Financial Officer for OHNC in January 2006.
Mr. Jarrett moved to Alaska after college in September 2000 and began working as a staff auditor for Deloitte and Touché, LLP and later KPMG, LLP. After achieving the necessary two years of public accounting experience, he received his CPA license and then went to work for Koniag, Inc., the Regional Corporation representing the Alaskan Natives from Kodiak Island. At Koniag, Mr. Jarrett created a FAR compliant accounting system for a newly developed Small Business Administration ANC 8(a) company involved in construction services for the federal government, and helped to develop and implement routine reporting packages for each of Koniag’s subsidiaries.
Mr. Jarrett graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) and a Masters of Accountancy (MAcc) in May 2000, and is currently licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) in the State of Alaska.
