Harold Christiansen, Sr.
Harold Christiansen, Sr. has served on the Board of Directors of Old Harbor Native Corporation since its inception in 1971 to the present. In his quiet way, Harold continues to help guide the corporation from the past into an exciting future. Harold serves on a number of various committees and subsidiary boards for the corporation. He also serves on Old Harbor’s Cape Barnabus, Inc. the only Community Quota Entity that has purchased halibut quota shares.
Harold Christiansen, Sr. is a very successful commercial fisherman. He owns and operates the F/V Glennette C. Harold is raising his family by fishing for crab, salmon, cod and herring.
Harold contributes to the Old Harbor community in many ways. Harold’s stability has provided a good foundation for the corporation and the community of Old Harbor.
